It would have been nice to know this when I called during my session so I could have switched rooms. After my session was over she showed me a different sauna without all of the technical upgrades which allowed for a higher temp. She told me it was set and could not be changed. Since Id never tried light therapy before, my experience at Beem Light Sauna. I called the number as directed for help during my session to change temp. This past week I visited Beem Light Sauna in Huntersville, North Carolina. The young girl told me to place towels in a basket after session to help them out which was ok by me but I could clearly see foot prints on the towels inside sauna. "I was looking forward to joining but first impression wasn't the best. I became a member to accommodate unlimited visits! Sweat and Salty has been a huge part of my self care and healing my body!" I incorporated the sauna into my health journey and literally have gone almost every day for the past 6 months. "From my first visit I was hooked! The experience is amazing and the staff is next level! They always serve me so well and make each visit perfect. The cool mint infused towel was a nice refreshing element after the sauna! I’ll be back & bringing my husband as well! " I was able to lay down and relax without a problem. Very clean and the atmosphere was therapeutic.
